The fact walls are paper thin, tub is stained, looks dirty, sink was all cracked.
And I guess No house keeping for 7 days, I don't know if they supply toiletries, but had to go ask for toilet tissue, and there was 2 big towels and 2 face clothes and 1 floor towel, those don't last 7 days. Just didn't like having to go ask for things. But while there no one bothers you

Positives:
Property is located close to Mystic, Stonington, and Foxwoods Casino. Staff here are friendly. They have a limo to take guests to the casino every half hour or so which is convenient. Just need to sign up for the ride. Room was spacious with microwave and fridge. We were in the luxury spa room so I dont know how big the regular rooms are.
Negatives:
The spa tub wasnt working 100%. The buttons to control the options of the tub were smashed in and inoperable. The tub itself pushes cold air out so it cools off the tub quickly. You have about 5 solid minutes of hot water before it gets cool. We had to ask for more towels because they dont provide enough. The shower is small so if youre a bigger person like me (6 250lbs) you wont be enjoying this shower. The air conditioner in the room was not working. It only blew out hot air so we had to just unplug it as it would not change to cold air and the room becomes very warm. There is no coffee maker in the room and the dehumidifier in the room was also broken. The walls are thin and we could clearly hear the conversations going on in the adjacent room which was only separated by a thin wall and a room connecting door. The bed was very loud to get in and out of and rolling around in it sounded like rolling around on newspaper.

Nothing to dislike, very quiet, private. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Had a small continental breakfast, nothing fancy, but suited our needs. Had, cereals, toast, English muffins, bagels, waffles. Coffee tea, oj. Price was good. Also spa tubs. We had 2 rooms which were adjoining for our needs. 15 minutes to westerly RI. Fire pit was awesome, did smores
