Very worn out and shabby looking, had to change key cards daily, back door doesn’t always work, room was dark and small,yet advertised as a king suite. Plus, there were not enough kitchen items for all 3 rooms and the coffee up front was continually empty.

The location is the main reason I stayed. It is/was very convenient. The beds are very comfy and the staff is friendly.

The carpets were dirty and there were tears in the window shade. Unfortunately, our neighboring room was very noisy late into the night (well after midnight). Generally it just seemed in need of some freshening up.

Least expensive place we could find in the area to catch a few hours of sleep.
Negatives:
Room was very dated. Remote control wouldn't work for the TV which wasn't a big deal as we were tired and only there to catch a few hours of sleep. For someone travelling for short-term work, the kitchen was nice and convenient, but a few stocked dishes would make sense. The bed wasn't super comfy but was okay.

The manager should be immediately put through customer service training not only for the way that she spoke to me but to other guests around me as well. This company should be ashamed/embarrassed at the lack of respect this woman has for their business.
