Positives: Liked the pool and gym. Pamela at reception stood out for her very caring empathy since I was there to see a friend in hospice who passed away my last day. Other staff also kind and helpful.

Negatives: I was there 3 nights on 2 separate bookings. One day tea bags and paper cups not replaced. Am not a coffee drinker and had to ask cleaning help for replacements. Hotel should offer English Breakfast regular tea bags in addition to Earl Gray.
