We went through three sets of room "keys" (plastic cards) and the next morning the third set failed and we had to get a technician going by to open our room door for us. The rugs are threadbare. You have to walk up 4 steps twice (with luggage) to get to the one elevator that works. Men are working re-doint the place--this is good. The attached restaurant was good, but serves too much food for hmans to consume.

Hotel was very run down, toilets were uneven, key cards for doors were constantly not working, more expensive than what was quoted to us during booking. Our second room has major damage to door where it had been broken into. Lots of safety issues. Needs to be stepped and redone up to code.

The receptionist was friendly and kind. The breakfast was simple but good.

The hotel was dirty, smelly, and noisy. I had to buy an air freshener to eliminate the bad smell. I didn't sleep well. There was a lot of noise from the nearby highway, and the water pipe in my room was noisy whenever other guests turned on their taps from their rooms. I experienced this situation all night.
