The room was spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful. We were very comfortable.

The only negative thing was that the night we checked in, we had driven in from NYC in the pouring rain. It was late and we were exhausted. The male desk clerk was curt, and not welcoming at all. For someone in the hospitality industry, he wasn’t the least bit hospitable. Maybe late checkins are annoying but they are probably people who have had a very long day. He also told us check out time was 11:00am. an hour earlier than stated upon booking, and when I stated that, he said “well, noon is the latest you can check out”. After a long day it would have been nice to be greeted with a friendly face.

Hotel and room were very clean and modern. And the hotel was convenient to I-91 and to Yale.
Negatives:
Breakfast was not included. A little expensive at $15.00 pr person. There is a Hilton Homeward Suites nearby that I prefer (larger rooms including kitchen) but had no availability for my dates.

Didn't eat breakfast, although the prices looked high. And the location was perfect for my needs

The bed was much too soft, as well as the pillows. Consequently I had a very poor night's sleep. And I am still waiting for my receipt. All in all it was fine for a corporate setting, but would have liked a bit more comfort.
