I asked for the room to be cleaned three days after the day of arrival on a five day stay and two additional days after arriving, but no one cleaned the room. I had to request fresh towels.

The hotel is VERY run down. The room had a weird smell, the bathroom was barely big enough for a average sized human. The bed spreads just were gross. The tub was missing paint all over. Couldn't pay me to shower in it. Ice machine was broken. Breakfast included only toast, make your own oatmeal, cereal. The halls had missing paint, dirty carpets. The elevator was tiny. I DON'T recommend it. We were there one night. This hotel should be charging way less than 125.

We did not stay because the staff at the front desk tell us if we were paying with a credit card we would have to go online to make reservations so I went online. I made the reservations online when I went back and to the hotel. I was told that I couldn’t check in until after 11 AM so I was not able to check in I did not stay but my card was still charge for the amount when I didn’t stay when I went to get a refund they told me I couldn’t get a refund I had to go back online. it’s a booking.com to get my refund so no I was very unsatisfied.
