This hotel has bed bugs. And when you try to reach the manager, you can’t. They also won’t return your phone calls. When I asked the front desk person what can be done, she says the manager won’t do anything because I didn’t show anyone at the front desk my bites. Bed bug bites show up a day or two later. I called guest relations and they can only offer points to stay at another comfort inn. You think I want to stay at another one of your hotels??!! Absolutely not.The pictures are brighter than the actual rooms. The rooms are dated and have brown everywhere. Which makes it hard to see any infestations with the naked eye. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone staying at this hotel.
PS. The pool is closed for maintenance. Since forever

Location was convenient for what we needed to do, but the area was sketchy and the hotel was awful. It smelled awful, the rooms were very dirty, there were insects and animals in the bathroom. We even worried about living our car parked outside. Not a good place
