Positives:
The location and cost were paramount for me. The room met my expectations, but smelled like smoke despite the facility being advertised as smoke free. Space was perfectly adequate.
Negatives:
Noise level was high. Insulation from neighboring rooms was inadequate as was noise isolation from guests outside the room as well. Lots of yelling going on all times of day/night in the parking areas and walkways

The linens seemed clean. The TV worked.
Negatives:
The room smelled strongly of disinfectant. We could see daylight through the door frame when it was locked. The 2 towels were threadbare and we could hear a loud banging like maybe our room abutted the facility water heater and it clanked all night.

My reservation was not even honored as I was told the hotel had no vacancies, and I was traveling with my family including my infant son. I have a pending claim with PayPal for reimbursement, and Booking.com is the single worst service I have had the misfortune of using in a very long time, possibly ever. To be honest, I wish it were possible to give a negative rating, and I will pursue legal action if I am not reimbursed immediately.
