Too big. Our room was located on the west side of the hotel on the second floor. We were given no directions on our room location. The hotel was so big that it took 20 minutes to find our room. One bank of elevators didn’t work. It was easier for us to exit the hotel, get in our car and drive around the outside of hotel to get to the reception desk then to walk through the hotel. Ice machines did not work. Still we liked the Hotel but way too much walking just to get to the front of the hotel from our room.

Comfy beds. Quiet at night. No door slam noises etc. so really great for a good nights sleep.nice decor and feeling around. Nice atmosphere. Perfect after a long drive. In room service and bar on site also a bonus. Pet friendly!
Negatives:
No extractor fans in the bathroom. Could do with this. Hard to find refillable water stations. A dog welcome bag would be nice as we usually have had those in other places.

Worst sleep @ a hotel in 10 years. I was put on the 1st floor & starting at 3am every time someone left the building the outside & inside doors slammed waking everyone up. By 6:30am & dozens leaving it became unbearable. Never again!
