The room was muggy and I was told it was because they just cleaned the carpets but Ive never had a muggy room in the US, only in 3rd world countries. The TV didnt work and my only option was to change rooms but the room they showed me was muggy too.

The property was not clean at all. It smelled like cigarettes even though I asked for a smoke free room. It was disgusting.
