Several smokers hanging out at entrance door so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter the building. The smell inside, although not of smoke, was terrible. Beds were uncomfortable. Room was loud. No fan in bathroom. Room Doors squeaked loudly when opening and closing.

I didn't like anything about the property itself with the exception of being close to my job

Overflowing garbage that didn't get picked up and animals got in it. Pool was not available, room was dirty , ac functioned poorly, common areas unkept and garbage everywhere. Everything was extremely warm out , key pads to doors almost in operable , bleach stains on the rugs, floors were dirty.Shower/ tub was extremely stained .

It was located in the central Brandon area. Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The room, especially the bathroom, was not very clean. I did my own sanitizing. The tub needs updating. The back door entry was broken, so we had to walk through the whole hotel to get to our room. Also, the outside trash was overflowing and there was a raccoon visitor. The pool was being renovated when we were there, so we weren't able to enjoy that amenity, which I'm sure is factored into our price for the stay.
