The staff was very nice & accommodating. They allowed me to check in a day early & I didnt need to switch rooms the next day. The hotel was clean and the hot tub was so nice & big! Id definitely stay here again.

poor location and they did not have a fitness center , none of the ice machines worked and they wouldnt take a debt card for deposit .... only credit card could be used ,the entire stay was very inconvenient

Smel in the hallway and the room was not clean 100%: the carpet was not vacuumed, and in the fridge was leftover food from a previous guest, we were told that the room would be cleaned once in 3 days. The mattress is very soft, pillows are small.

Very good and varied breakfast. The room was clean but I suggest they put scented oil to avoid the bad smell. The balconies were unpainted.

The staff in the breakfast area should be friendly and smile. The older lady in that area had a bitter and intimidating look. It is important to me that the staff smile and be friendly to guests.

Pool area was lovely & clean with plenty of seats & Loungers.
Room was great with no issues.
There is a breakfast area which was well organised & the guy looking after it was always helpful.
There was plenty of food choices for breakfast.
Every member of staff had time to say hello & helpful.
We were there four nights & not a complaint.
Going back there next year.
