Room itself was relatively nice and updated. It was great how spacious it was.

The room had dust on top of the lamp. The walls were partially yellowed and freshly painted. The vent in the bathroom looked busted. The floors were uneven under the carpet all throughout the hotel. I was not aware prior to arriving that there was no housekeeping for short stays, which seemed odd. The bath tub was also a massive letdown as it wasn’t nearly as deep as it looked in the pictures

The air in my room was not working and maintenance was not available. Both TV remotes in the room did not work. This location did not serve breakfast. Because I was only staying for 2 nights, no housekeeping service. With all these negatives within the first 30 minutes of my arrival, I decided not to stay and asked for a refund.
