Negatives: It was gross , the assistant manager had very poor customer service skills, and the staff was not at all marriott standards

Negatives: I didn't like the fact that they CHARGE THEIR GUESTS $15/night to park...

Negatives: The room. Broken lighting. Poorly maintained bathroom. Dangerous design. The shower is disgusting, grimy, and has broken parts. Balcony is not kept well. Paint chipping and dirty. Don’t be fooled with “Ocean View” rooms. You can barely see anything. It’s like saying everyone has a view of the sky. Yes, we could see the ocean but only from an angle and it is blocked by other buildings so you only slightly see the far horizon. The staff was not helpful and argumentative. They told us we would need to wait for someone to come fix the issues we found and there was nothing they could do. This hotel has poor communication amongst staff. If someone was doing their job, these problems would be resolved. Instead, this staff is lazy and lets things go until someone like us complains. Who knows. Maybe they don’t even fix these things we reported. Maybe another couple already complained before us. Also, this was not the type of room we requested. They had an excuse for everything. They said “We are sorry but that is the only room we had available. When we went down to report these issues, another couple was also complaining about their room given. They said they are one couple and were given a room with two queen beds and asked for a king size room and it was confirmed in Booking.com. If I were Booking.com, I would not do business with this hotel. The last thing we will say is the manager said, “I’m sorry. We are going through a major renovation and are too busy.” Again, just one more excuse. The manager also said, “Never use Booking.com.”, directly to us, in private. We will never choose this hotel again.

Negatives: It’s a bit dated but it’s clean and functional.

Negatives: Not enough dishes in the apartment kitchen. Breakfast served on plastics dishes.

Negatives: The only issue was had was an alarm going off at 3:00 a.m. on our first night. We had to evacuate and go to the parking lot. I overheard the frt desk say they would give a 50% discount for that night - however we weren't eligible due to booking through booking.com.

Negatives: A partial view of the ocean was only available if you stood at the window. We missed that point when making the reservation.

Negatives: Needs some plants/umbrellas around the pool, really heavy concrete feel to the pool area
