Staff was extremely rude on their phone didn’t want to help at check-in. The guy said I’m leaving I’m going home. People slamming doors at 3am on at night. People were smoking in rooms down the hallway from us and the fire alarms going off all night. There was broken glass upon entry to building above when walking in where our room was, the showers have hair and mold, hot tub was only hot it was not running, room smelled like complete bleach all night and now trying to take our deposit when I left the room clean. Completely not happy with our stay here. Will never stay there again.

The place is truly horrific there was garbage in the hallways flaws were never swept the breakfast in the morning is unbelievable horrible I'm sure I'm not the only one saying this about this facility I bought new clothes I was spending more than one night there I came back to the room and all my new clothes were stolen had to be the housekeeper nobody else forced into the door people were complaining about everything people will complain in their doors don't shut the place is not fit to be a hotel the safety there is horrible they actually have wood on the doors where they should have been glass somebody kicked the door in or something like that somebody needs to do something about that facility
