Positives:
Location is excellent steps from the beach. Neighborhood feels safe and accommodations are clean and pleasant, though a bit outdated. Beds are clean and comfortable. Everything in the room works and is functioning properly. A good value for this location, but away from the beach I have found alternate accommodations for work stays that cost less and are equally adequate as this.
Negatives:
I did not like the $14 per day parking fee. Other accommodations have free parking.

Location to the beach and restaurants. Elevator went out on my checkout day and an employee helped me get all of my heavy luggage down the stairs from the 6th floor.

Outdated, carpet dirty in my floor - most likely due to leaking ice maker.

Close to the beach, nice pool, comfortable and clean rooms. Nice stuff

Parking is 15$ per day, receptionist doesn’t really know how to do a lot of things (like split a bill, or how to take deposit with cash, not adding it to your general bill (credit card). I don’t know, maybe we were so lucky, but a lot of russian people were there, and their behavior was terrible.

The location was perfect for what we were doing in the area.
Negatives:
The facility is tired. Needs a major refurbishing. Additionally, we were enjoying a few drinks by the pool prior to the pool bar opening. When the bartender showed up he immediately began giving us a hard time. As we were gathering up our stuff he would not stop. We planned on having a few more drinks at the bar but he made it so unpleasant we went somewhere else.

The property cancelled our booking after trying to take a payment from my card days before we were due to arrive. Even though I had selected to pay at the property upon arrival? When my card declined, they cancelled my booking and sold the room to someone else without telling either me or Booking.com. I called ahead on the day to check if a late check-in would be fine due to our flight being delayed. It was then that they told me that the booking was cancelled and they had no rooms left. An absolute disgrace. I had to find my own alternative accommodation at midnight when I landed.

Was there ask 4 times for room clean finally after going to management they sent up Larry a elderly man.. He was fantastic

We found roaches in tub. Then the last night there was a bed bug which must of eaten on us they were filled with our blood
