This is the most filthy hotel I've ever stayed in. On arrival at the reception area was a domestic incident taking place with police, very disturbing to see. Truly disgusting room. Human hair, skin and dirt on floors, bathroom and bath facility. Room smelt of cigarettes and mold. Reported all to desk with no response from any staff member. I will never use this companies properties ever again.

That booking.com and the hotel canceled my reservation with out my permission and I had to pay again to secure my booking and you and the hotel had to speak to each other and get a refund back for my stay since I paid double to secure the room I booked . And the price I paid wasn’t even worth staying there . Instead of
Checking in with no issue I had to stay an hour on the phone with booking.com to get the situation straightened out to make sure I had a place to sleep at night and made sure I get a refund back since I was charged twice for

Looked OK in photos til we arrived. Free parking. Location. I think linen was clean but did not dare to inspect. Small beds.

Not clean especially in the common areas. Horrid greasy sweaty humid smell in room. Tired decor. Expensive compared to other accom. in Florida. I have traveled extensively and have stayed in some budget places with cockroaches etc but this has been my worst experience simply because it was unclean and smelly. You have to ask for homeware at reception they do not keep in the kitchenette. They quite rightly state no hot breakfast but for price I would expect it however even
if they offered I doubt I would eat it.
