Negatives: Some guests were very happy playing laud music and smoking cigarettes and marijuana. It was a restlessness stayed and something was missing from the room and I had to call the reception but the phone wasn’t working and I needed towels, blow drying and iron to straighten my clothes

Negatives: Everything. The rooms are old and dirty. The room wasn’t clean, I couldn’t even walk in the room without my shoes because I didn’t want to step on it. The room also was full of of bed bugs and cockroaches, we killed about 5-6 just one night. Also, they took a security deposit from my card and 7 DAYS LATER I still DID NOT receive it back (Around $100). The attendant claimed it will take up to 2-3 days to have the money back, but 7 DAYS passed and I still did not receive my money back. I checked out on May 18, 2024 and today is May 27, 2024.
