BED Mattresses sunk, difficult to get out of. Toilets didn't flush correctly. Breakfast scrambled eggs RUNNY, not cooked enough, home fries were roasted potatoes. Only 1 TV channel worked.. or only able to connect to 1.

I believe Hilton gives the second rate rooms to customers booking through a third party. We were given the ADA room again which is designed for necessity not luxury
