Everything. Location of my room. Didn't feel safe. Guy's in a car with no lights on parked and doing drugs. I left and didn't sleep in my room. I went to another hotel.
I asked to be moved to a room closer to the office and I was told that they were sold out when Booking.com was showing 4 rooms available.

The room! The bathroom light didn't come on, the fridge made noise, the latch on the door was broken, the toilet stopped up, and i had to look for housekeeping to fix. The housekeeper had the nerve to ask if i wanted to plunge the toilet .
