The Tiki Deck server, Roe, was absolutely awesome.
She was pleasant, very friendly and was accurate with our orders.
She should train some of the other servers that seemed a bit snippy.
This was our third visit and hope to be visiting again.
Negatives:
I do find that requiring a daily parking fee to paying guests is a bit ridiculous.
I drive from Ohio to stay at your hotel, which I love, then have to pay to park in your parking lot while staying. Not to mention it jumped from 15.00 a day last year to 18.95 a day this year.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was good. Location is good.
Only thing is there's always something going on in that location with the police. There were 3 shootings in one night not even a mile aways. Other than the motel is good.
Negatives:
I don't like how people can't go anywhere anymore due to the fact that others have to act out and act crazy.

Position of the bed was on the left of the balcony had to get up to see the ocean on the right side when you pull the curtains back. The trap door in the bathroom ceiling fell down .Cheap pillows on the bed woke up neck pain every morning. Manger was rude

This place is so dirty. I didn’t know it was a dog friendly hotel when I booked. Got out of the elevator, and some lady let her dog poop right on the floor and kept walking. First room we originally booked was very dirty. Body hair left all in the tub. Second room we were moved to was slightly cleaner. The 5th 5th floor smelled just like a wet dog. It was so pungent and turned all of our stomachs immediately. The 7th floor not so much.
