Positives:
Location is great with plenty of eateries and easy access to major roadways. Comfortable beds, large room (428), and no road noise. Denise at the front desk is wonderful! Although we did have mechanical issues, the day shift staff was responsive and professional.
Negatives:
The tall young man at the front desk during the night shift - impolite and unenthusiastic about being employed. The television remote only turned off the cable, not the television itself, which left a brightly glowing screen on. His solution was to unplug it, which only turned off the cable while the TV remained on. Then the center mechanical blind just fell from the ceiling. It was a bright night and sleep was not possible; however, our payment was promptly refunded.

There was no bathtub in room which made it hard to bathe a baby in. Bathroom floor was super slippery because of the shower and layout of bathroom. Got stuck on 2nd floor with a baby, a dog and lots of luggage which was not pleasant at all. Had to go down stairs or elevator and past the whole lobby every-time I needed to walk my dog or leave the building which was no convenient at all. Usually when we stay here we stay on bottom floor and by a hall with a side door to walk dog which makes it so much more convenient late at night or early morning. Packing up was awful there was no luggage carts available to use.
