The area it's in and the nice as you want breakfast.

My room wasn't ready I had to wait almost 2 hours to get in. My refrigerator/ freezer in my room didn't work. My room was very cold cause the heater didn't work. They had to bring me 2 electric heaters. And the Jacuzzi was out of order.

The property was very easy to get to and rooms are big and comfortable for a family of 3
Negatives:
The staff was rude. One of the cooks that was cooking the omlette breakfast that Saturday morning had terrible customer service skills and never asked how are you? Or displayed any genuine customer relations. I felt very much rushed waiting in line for my food. I also called down to the front desk a lady answered the phone and was very short with me. I felt she didn’t listen to my request during the call. I asked for more towels and to extend check out time she was answering me before I could get the next question out.

My family was well accommodated. Any time we called down stairs for extra towels or any supplies our expectation was met with no worries. All the staff was friendly from the check in to the check out.

Filthy carpets, trash on the floors in the hallways, elevators were smelly and extremely dirty!! Bed leaned on one side. Furniture dented and scratched up. Breakfast was ok. Soiled silverware and plated/bowls. Truckers parked blocking half of one dude if the parking lot. Just a complete awful experience and total letdown for an Embassy standard hotel. Highly disappointing!!
