The roaches and hair all over the room. The Roaches started crawler from the recliner and across the wall. Reach out to the manager like the front desk clerk asked via email or phone call still havent heard from the manger had to call the hotel.

Apparently you can’t talk in...
Positives:
The friendly front desk staff - who do an amazing job under what must be very difficult circumstances - and who really did their best to make things work.
Other than that: the cost was low, the location was convenient, it does have parking, it met our basic needs as a place to sleep, and there were no signs of bed bugs or other insect pests in our room.
It also could have been worse: when we were checking in another guest was trying to deal (for the second time that night) with a blocked toilet and were unable to change rooms as they had a dog and all the "pets allowed" rooms were full.
Negatives:
The condition of the room when we checked in (dirty - especially under the bed - and with broken fixtures - the cover of the door lock fell off when we used it, the TV stand was broken, the bathroom door was broken etc.)
The misleading ad. the pool shown is "at one of our other properties" and for an extended stay property it was odd that there was nothing to cook with or eat off (although, to be fair, we could have got some items had we asked - we just couldn't bring ourselves to bother the front desk more than we already had) and that even the coffee pot had to be requested up front and came with a warning ("I would wash it well before using it if I were you").
