Toilet, crowed, no phone had to use personal phone to call front desk, no microwave, no pen /pencil, water8$for two bottles I will not stay again . Didn't finish up my stay, very uncomfortable left out early the next day

It was reasonably priced for my needs and close to the airport. The room was clean and decent. The location was close to restaurants as well as shopping if you needed anythin .Also the staff was great.

Staff was super friendly. I got locked out of my room a couple of times but hotel employee helped me every time. No attitude or anything . Breakfast was nice and good. It was quiet and peaceful I was able to get rest. The janitorial staff did not bother me at all.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The pool and the weather was my favorite thing. I wish there was shopping within walking distance.

My bed was very uncomfortable. Im not use to a firm mattress, but Im sure hotels have to use them for durability. I wish they offered transportation to the cruise port, even if you charge a fee.
