Negatives: They didn’t serve breakfast only coffee !!!

Negatives: Could smell weed from other rooms

Negatives: The room wasn’t clean bathroom was dirty tub drain didn’t work air conditioner was not working had to leave after the first night

Negatives: Water pressure in shower was nonexistent, took forever to rinse shampoo from hair. Shower curtain had black stains on it. Room had not been deep cleaned in a long time. Carpet was dirty and had not been vacuumed in a long time…there were plastic tags from clothing all over the floor. Corners had dirt and dust built up. All surfaces were dirty. We had to clean the phone of a greasy looking substance caked with dust, nightstand had dust and sticky spots. Beds were very old with tons of lumps and wells. Pillows were very thin and hard. Cockroach on hallway ceiling! On check in, we were charged a cleaning deposit which is refunded if no damages. We were NOT told about the pre charge for possibly using the room safe! Also refunded, but we were asked repeatedly if we had used it!

Negatives: No breakfast option, small vanity area,charge for all early/late check in/out.Most hotels give you 1 hr on either side without charging.

Negatives: I didn't like the staff's attitude. It was dirty. The shower and vanity were filthy. The floors were dirty.

Negatives: Run down, room smelled of weed, bedding had stains

Negatives: Breakfast or the ability to have a hot cup of tea or juice would have been very beneficial.

Negatives: When I got there , the lobby smelled like dog. the first room I walked into had dead roaches scatter across the room . the janitors didn’t understand english so I had to go to front desk and told them about it and they gave me another room on the 5th floor . The second room was dirty. There wasn’t a shower mat in the tub , the tub at the bottom was peeling and on top of that , pubic hair was still in the tub. so whoever clean the room didn’t clean it well . i had to to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies and a mop to clean the room so I can get comfortable

Negatives: comforter looked like it was a warn out dog blanket they let go for a bit too long then tried to wash several times but it was to late to get all the dirty stains out of so they hid it between two white sheets to hide the filth. Soap dish in the shower had enough soap scum and remaining soap from previous visitors we didn’t need to open the small bar soap left for us. Every corner of the floor had enough dirt, dust and hair that if we wanted to send off samples to 23 and me we could confirm if any of our ancestors had traveled through the area. The floors are also bowing and the planks are separating. I’m not sure what the goal was with the half laminate, half commercial office carpet was but clean and aesthetically pleasing isn’t it! Lastly, cleaning the doors, doorknobs and walls where things have gotten dirty is a better solution to trying to repaint over and still not washing them down.
