Phone & TV in my Room didnt work. Call manager he came up got TV to work but not hotel phone . Only needed it to call front desk. I used my cell to contact the hotel. Hotel offered no ice.

The housekeeper was nice. She changed the sheets when we got there because they were stained.
Negatives:
The location was bad. And a little scary. The outside facility was dirty, with trash all around the parking lot.

Stay 1 night to attend concert.

Nothing it was horrible and didnt feel safe
Negatives:
It was disgusting there was blood stains on the carpet in our first room and we passed a bullet hole shattered window in the next room over. We had to switch rooms because our bathroom was flooded and continuously leaking water from the toilet and shower. Then our second room had missing dead bolt locks so we felt very unsafe based on the atmosphere outside with an abundance of blacked out window vehicles blaring music and people shouting at each other outside and Im pretty sure there were prostitutes or strippers hanging around outside.
