Positives:
This is an older property. They do maintain the property and keep everything in working order. The staff is very friendly and do their best to accommodate you. The property has two pools and is located next to Walmart and Starbucks along with a few other restaurants. They also have a bus to Disney.
Negatives:
We had a room facing the parking lot. It was a loud and my daughter had a hard time sleeping. In our past stays at this property we had a pool view. An it was much quieter.

The staff at front desk was nice, accommodated my special request, quickly checked me in.
Negatives:
The room was tidy but dissentfectes clean like one expects. The walls looked they ran out paint and added water to get at least one coat on. The TV was small and very dated - didnt have option to view channels via GUIDE. There was no literature or advertisements for late night food cravings or dinner. NO operating hours were provided for places on the property with food/drink available. NO food vending machines. The front desk has 3 flavors of snack size chips and sodas but nothing else.
