Friendly staff everything was close by or inside the resort was worth the money rooms were clean if there was any issues they took care of it right away they made you feel welcome there is plenty to do at the resort there is a shuttle to take you to near by attractions this was by far one of the nicest resorts in the area everything was up to date and well kept

3 weeks later from my stay here for two rooms, and I am still waiting for the security deposit to be reversed to my credit card. I was told that it would take a maximum of 7 days but still the charges are on my card (I confirmed with my bank that the charges were banked and note revered by the hotel). When contacting them I keep getting told that someone at the desk will look into it, but nothing comes of it. When I call I am told that the manager needs to look into it but the manager isn't there. I have never had this kind of issue with a hotel before, but Ramada seems to not care or give me a proper update.
