Positives:
You get what you pay for. Stayed here for the lower priced offering. I opted for a lower budget based on other reviews. Then, when I arrived, since the hotel became an Extended Stay, there was a notice indicating the removal of all pots/pans & utensils and that I could rent or purchase the items. Felt like a little bait and switch situation here since I booked a Suite a few months back at this hotel.
Negatives:
No staff available when I needed them. They do have people from 9am to 6pm. Before 9am, your call gets directed to a toll free operator that is offsite and tells you to wait until 9am. No blow dryer. I had to wait until 9am and go downstairs and request when staff arrived. The staff are all nice (when they are there). No cookware (not even disposable utensils) for a Suite. Corridor carpets are pretty dirty. Some detectable mold smell. I doubt the unit has been renovated in over 20 years. Some old equipment (fridge, fans). Definitely lower your standard if you're staying here on a lower budget.

Check-in was smooth. Lady at desk was pleasant. We were allowed to go to the room at 2:45, 15 minutes early.

The location wasn't terrible. It's seemed relatively safe.

Everything else. The pool has been filled with concrete but the pictures on line still have it. Everything is filthy dirty. African American curly hairs Stuck in the sheets and towels and all over the floors and surfaces. Our bathroom door would even shut. There were several Roaches in the bathroom when I went to the bathroom through the night. Unconventional from desk practices and every bad smell you can imagine fills those halls. Disgusting.

The hotel is not very clean. It reeks of dog because of all the dogs living there, there is no breakfast as advertised, no ice machine. I also did not like that you have to pay if you want fresh clean towels
