Room was not clean. I had to clean the toilet sink and shower when we arrived. Coffee maker was full of slimy water. Keep getting locked out of our room because the key card would get unprogrammed. Had to go to office 6 different times to get it to work.

They first room we were given wasn't cleaned at all. The receptionist was apologetic and gave us a new room the second room we found a bed bug in one of the beds. We also found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom.
