The convenience to the beach and the port of Miami

The hotel rooms were outdated and needed some work and updates. I have pictures of our room not being that clean and repairs needing to be made. Our shower was clogged up and was worked on once by maintenance but still had standing water. Asked for the issue to be token care of several times and was told the maintenance will come back. Was lied to by staff Jefferson stating the Maintenance man would be back, which never happened. The rest of my family arrived and could not take a shower. Third shift was nice and took care of the issue and we had to move rooms at 1:30 am no thanks to 2nd shift/Jefferson putting us off until he left to let 3rd shift handle it. How would he like to move his belongs early in the morning when he should be getting rest to prepare for his cruise the next day? I did not ask for a refund back because I was over the situation. Also another draw back no where to put your luggage if you arrive early. Had to sit outside in the heat with luggage until the room was ready. Will not be staying here again, will not recommend and will do a Goggle review on the property.

The hotel was so disgustingly dirty the sheets were filthy. I would recommend this hotel for yummy someone’s pet seriously stains all over the sheets, dust and dirt all over the sheets. The hotel was very noisy overpriced. Only thing I can say, is the area good close to everything terrible the nice day off is better than the morning staff, the boy they look like he’s from Hawaii makes black boy beautiful person that’s it

The keys weren’t working to get in and out.. No Bell hop to assist with our luggage. We were on the second floor and there was no assistance. Staff wasn’t very friendly.. We didn’t receive enough towels to shower. Not good customer service at all..
