Negatives: We had a problem with our deposit which was originally supposed to be just pending but they took it twice and friends had drinks put on their room which they did not have - although thankfully the staff we on it and followed it up and made sure everything was reimbursed - would recommend using a credit card to be on the safe side

Negatives: We were with a little child, the room was very small, located very far from the front desk, so we had to walk along the street in the heat. The room is located near the stair entrance, through which hotel staff constantly pass and slam the door very loudly (the hotel doors are generally very heavy and everyone constantly slams them, making it difficult for both the child and us to sleep). To retrieve the car from Valet, you have to wait 20 minutes. The staff suggest doing this in advance by calling from the room to the front desk. But the phone is constantly busy and impossible to reach. When I pointed this out to the front desk, the staff shrugged and said, 'I didn't see your call.' A separate bill is charged for pool use)) why? Is this really a 4-star hotel? The carpet in the room is so dirty that it's unpleasant to walk on it even with shoes on, let alone let the child crawl or sit on the floor. You can only get water near the front desk. When we wanted to fill a bottle there in the morning, there was no water. The staff said, 'You have to wait until it's brought.' When asked if we could simply buy bottled water, like the one in the mini bar, the staff said no, but we can ask to replenish the mini bar in the evening)) but I want to drink now, can't I get water anywhere? The answer is no. We left 2 nights earlier than originally planned. Of course, no one refunded any money, moreover, no one asked why we were leaving, nobody was bothered by it? In addition, since we left after 2 pm, we had to pay an extra $20 for valet, which the valet employee mentioned, not the front desk. The overall impression is extremely negative, very expensive for such a level of hotel, does not correspond to a 4-star level."
