We were with a little child, the room was very small, located very far from the front desk, so we had to walk along the street in the heat. The room is located near the stair entrance, through which hotel staff constantly pass and slam the door very loudly (the hotel doors are generally very heavy and everyone constantly slams them, making it difficult for both the child and us to sleep).
To retrieve the car from Valet, you have to wait 20 minutes. The staff suggest doing this in advance by calling from the room to the front desk. But the phone is constantly busy and impossible to reach. When I pointed this out to the front desk, the staff shrugged and said, 'I didn't see your call.'
A separate bill is charged for pool use)) why? Is this really a 4-star hotel?
The carpet in the room is so dirty that it's unpleasant to walk on it even with shoes on, let alone let the child crawl or sit on the floor.
You can only get water near the front desk. When we wanted to fill a bottle there in the morning, there was no water. The staff said, 'You have to wait until it's brought.' When asked if we could simply buy bottled water, like the one in the mini bar, the staff said no, but we can ask to replenish the mini bar in the evening)) but I want to drink now, can't I get water anywhere? The answer is no.
We left 2 nights earlier than originally planned. Of course, no one refunded any money, moreover, no one asked why we were leaving, nobody was bothered by it? In addition, since we left after 2 pm, we had to pay an extra $20 for valet, which the valet employee mentioned, not the front desk.
The overall impression is extremely negative, very expensive for such a level of hotel, does not correspond to a 4-star level."

Positives:
It was very pretty and there were so many nice details to make our stay more comfortable, like a vanity kit in the bathroom, beds in the beach which was semi private, excellent breakfast and the rooftop pool and bar were amazing. Also it was super close to the beach and right at the Española way in Miami, that it’s full of restaurants! Nevertheless, the hotel was quiet and it felt like a little villa on its own. I would definitely come back again!

We loved the charm and amenities. We loved the location. It was exciting and absolutely perfect for restaurants and proximity to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
We didn't mind that the room was small as it had all the amenities we needed. However we found the lighting in the room very poor. A couple of lamps would have made a huge difference.

Positives:
Amazing location. Our room (011) felt large and had everything we needed. The roof is cool and always a good vibe. Drinks were nice. Lovely bar downstairs. Gorgeous decor and friendly staff. Pool is small but heated and has nice jets which massage aching legs after long days in Miami! We had no issues with noise as we took a white noise machine (ground floor room)
Negatives:
The cleaning was a bit hit and miss eg no clean towels sometimes. Mocktails and better soft drinks would be a nice addition to the menu.
