Location, room size was good and mattress very comfortable.
Negatives:
Cleanliness, my safe door was jammed, TV remote spoke French and TV English (absolutely no connection between the 2), room upstairs had someone playing hockey at night and early mornings. No coffee sachets replaced in my room, I had to ask reception every day.

It was quiet, clean, and comfy. Also walking distance from the conference center and some tasty restaurants. The staff was really nice and helpful.
Negatives:
Sometimes my door would lock and not accept my key card so I'd have to get the staff to override it for me. Another person had the same issue so they should look into fixing/replacing those locks.
