My 9th stay at the SLS Southbeach and my favourite stay to date. I am genuinely lost for words as the service received has been nothing but outstanding by Simone, Ntiamoah, Fernando, Sebastian, Jose and the rest of the team.
From the upgrade prior to my arrival, to assigning me the best room in the building, the lovely welcome note, the breakfast comp, etc. Everything was pure perfection! I absolutely love the rooms more than any other hotel I have ever stayed at, the pool is gorgeous and overall every facility is fantastic.
