Positives:
The Queen suite was located at a renovated property that were formally apartments so it’s very spacious and actually quiet. This is located near the Publix so you can grab anything you need and if you walk further you’ll run into other shops and restaurants. Great value for the money.

I had a car so going to the property with the Queen suite and checking out wasn’t an issue but I could imagine not having one might be one. Other than that that everything was fine.

It was phenomenal. The room was spacious, not too crowded with stuff, very airy! The staff was very helpful (we only talked to the woman at the front office), but she was super kind !

I would say the lack of elevators to go to the top rooms. And the weird/not well indicated “front desk”. The door is shut and it says “office”. Not very clear…

The place wasn’t the same as the pictures. They didn’t give me the right room. The room had bed bugs , roaches & mildew. They didn’t give us room services that we needed . I wouldn’t recommend this place and it should be took off of booking.com for false advertising. It’s was a bad experience overall

Literally nothing except the customer service.

Floor was filthy - shoes became instantly covered in black asphalt like material that even when mopped would not come out. I ran a wet paper towel over it and the grout area and it was pitch black and sticky. It destroyed my shoes. The kitchen had limited supplies which was fine but it was filthy staying in a place where I couldn’t even shower or walk around without shoes on and now again they are ruined. I put things from the floor onto the bed which then got black marks all over the sheets. Absolutely disgusting.

They had local food spots and grocery stores walking distance which was great.
Negatives:
Main location didnt have any rooms available had to walk in the rain to the other second location. We also had to pretty much definite for ourselves with the cleaning there were no room service I had to keep asking for towels. Sheets were stained upon arrival.
