My shower had no hot water & the lowest water pressure I've ever seen. Contacted front desk & they sent maintance; I was getting ready for a concert while they were "fixing it" after maintance left I head out to the concert. I get back to the room at 1 Am, go to take a shower & still the same issue! I call front desk & was told wait until the morning because they didn't have anyone to fix it at that time. Morning comes & still no maintance!

Stuff did not provide water for the room. When I ask for the water bottle given to other guests, I was told that I'm not a good member to receive water. Breakfast was not provided. I felt that fir the price paid, breakfast should have been included.
