Gave us a twin bed room, a connected room and neighbors were loud in hall and room, carpet was dirty, when we left, one elevator was working and had to carry luggage downstairs because wait was to long.

It was Super Bowl game day. They had food specials the bar/lounge area that were good. My wine $17/ glass for Yellow Tail. My husbands double shot of Makers Mark was $---!! I expected higher than normal prices but they also automatically added 20% tip!

The only redeeming value of this hotel is the location as it is across the bridge from the Port of Miami Cuise Terminal

Hotel is a picture of deferred maintenance. Faucet in stained bathtub is stiff and hard to operate, shower spigot is small, old and has low water pressure. Shower pipe plate is not even touching the wall. Water poured from a can light in lobby.

They put a hold on my card and couldnt use the card on trip. Said released when checked out still have not gotten that &50 Off my card.

Nothing works I expected at least a continental breakfast not to pay $30 and the elevator to work. The shower curtain didnt cover the water area so the floor flooded and it smelled like mildew. My feet were black from walking on the nasty carpet.
