Positives:
I liked there were many options for food near the hotel. I also like that the pricing wasn't too expensive also the hold wasn't to pricey either.
Negatives:
I didn't like that when I arrived i was giving room 364, I went to that room and someone was in it. I was then given room 164 which also had someone in it. When I got to the front they mentioned they meant room 264. I arrived at night and had to walk back and forth with my small child.

They didnt have a microwave or a small fridge in the room I checked in at 1or 2 am in the early morning why my check out time has to be at 11 am on Tuesday when I have to leave

Lack of a fridge and microwave Im afraid of heights my room was on the 3 floor the markings on the building need to be more visible as you come upon it

Clean rooms, decent continental breakfast. Shower head was good height. Elevator worked.
Negatives:
Far too many air conditioning units are uncomfortably loud and should be replaced or fixed. I asked for a room with an unit that wasn't making so much noise and instead of finding one for me, I had to go around the complex looking for one myself. After the first go and come back, I asked for a list of available rooms which they gave me. The 5th room I went to had a quiet normal volume air conditioning unit.

Front Desk staff - Kurlene. An absolutely lovely and pleasant young lady.
Negatives:
1. Housekeeping failed to fulfill duties on one of the days which was reported with photographic evidence given.
2. Bathroom Towel placed on toilet cistern by housekeeping which I have never ever seen in all the years I have travelled and stayed at hotels.

Overall, a great place.
Positives:
The location of the property was perfect for what I had to do during my stay. Lots of restaurants in the area.
Negatives:
It was dirty. It was infested with roaches, nats and mosquitoes. I asked for cleaned towels and washed cloths around 9am waited till 10 to ask again and finally at all 11 they bring them to my room two hours later. The sheets had stains and pillows had mildew. Might I add The pool wasn’t even in service. The tub was stained.
