Close to airport close to many places to get something to eat where you didnt have to drive just walking distance

The staff were not very friendly always very serious they dont even greet you with a smile

Pool was closed the entire stay. Hotel room floor was dirty and made our socks dirty just walking on it. Housekeeping left our hotel door open after cleaning. They also threw away food in the room. Tv reception was patchy or not working the entire stay.

Long check in line and check out line. Very inefficient. Not enough food for continental breakfast.

Filthy floor. Bottom of feet got black within 10 minutes of walking on floor. First time( 1 week earlier) had 3 crawling bugs in room that crawled into my husbands ear while trying to sleep.

No fridge or microwave in room.

Had to walk outside to other buildings for our rooms .then back to lobby for breakfast. Pool out of order.

Front desk staff were amanzing and accommodating. Our flight was changed and we had no sleep. The staff was so friendly and understanding. They quickly got our room prepared with only a short wait and allowed us to check in early with no fee.
