The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were very pleasant.
Negatives:
It took a while for the lady to get to the front desk when we checked in. There was no apology for waiting either. The rooms were not the cleanest and need new paint. The stains on the walls were obvious. However the cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating.

The facility was clean and well lit. The staff was friendly, attentive and professional.
Negatives:
I didn't like the request for a credit card and charge/hold of $75 per room for the 2 rooms I had already paid in full for. I'm told it will be credited back in 5 business days but unnecessary in my opinion. I also didn't like the $25 upsell for parking which was not needed. The parking was included at this location. I only knew to decline the parking offer from reading the reviews of others.

Positives:
The interior is modern and easy to get around. The outside patio is very nice and has The Aloft connected to it with a full bar inside. Its 4 minutes from SeaWorld if you get the stoplight. The staff was very professional and courteous. The Happy Hour and Breakfast are included and I'll let you find out how Awesome it is! The room is where it's really at for me. Full size kitchen with stove, sink, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and freezer. It even comes with plates, baking dishes and nice cutlery. The one we stayed in had a full size living room with a huge tv, study desk area and a full size pullout couch for 2 people to sleep. The bedroom was perfect size with a huge tv and king size bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and huge, centrally located incase you had guests. It felt like home away from home in absolute comfort.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't like is that I was only able to spend 1 night here. They gave me a late checkout of 12:30pm that I didnt get to take advantage of because I had to meet people to go to SeaWorld.
