Location was good for universal. Staff was helpful with changing our room when the first one has an odor and crediting WiFi charges because TV did not work with remote.
Negatives:
The first room which has carpet had an odor. They did upgrade us when my husband went to the desk to discuss odor. The upgraded room had luxury vinyl floors, but there was an obvious spot with a spill that was not cleaned up. When I wiped the floor with a wet washcloth, it got rid of the spot. However, it showed the floor was really dirty.

The staff was very friendly. The location was great. Great value, and the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in.
Negatives:
The "breakfast included" was just oatmeal. There were a couple of other things, but not the hotels fault. Overall, it was all good. Would definitely stay again.
