Negatives: Roaches,no dishes like most extended stay provides.

Negatives: Change sheets if asked, was told to take off the bed have them washed and given back to make bed myself.

Negatives: I didn't like the people hanging outside the entrance door. They was smoking cigarettes and had big dogs coming in and out the lobby. The smell of the lobby coming in was a mixuture of wet dogs, sewer water and no circulation even in the elevators the smell continued,There was people hanging in the parking lot all day n night. It was to the point I kept looking outside my window to make sure my car was still there. People actually lived at this hotel it felt more like an apartment complex. The lady at the front desk told me as well she lived there which probably why she took a minute to come down stairs to check me in.. .I did like the spacious rooms but the toilet and bath tub was permanently stained n chipped the t.v I was so outdated n small for such a big room felt like I was watching t.v on a dell monitor from 1999. There was no iron in the room or cooking pans..and lastly no breakfast served or pool to use anymore so instead of paying $100 for a one night stay it should of been half of that felt like I was at a motel or inn.

Negatives: The treatment of the staff, they had no empathy or sense of urgency when it comes to providing things for the room like towels, kitchen items etc.

Negatives: Did not like any of it especially all the extra charges, no pool, no free kitchen supplies, no free Wi-Fi.disappointed because there is so much misadvertisement!

Negatives: Pool was closed and there was no breakfast And the advertised they had it all

Negatives: It was very run down.

Negatives: Condition of room , bed box spring was broken mattress was tilting down at headboard , back is now aching

Negatives: No Breakfasts , feel insecure and front thes was close
