CityWalk nightlife is 5 minutes' walk away and accessible by water taxi. Early Park AdmissionƗ to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ and Universal's Volcano Bay water theme park 1 hour before the theme parks opens. (Valid theme park admission required; select attractions.) A 12,000-square-foot pool with underwater music and rock and roll memorabilia decor is on site. Guests can also enjoy American fare at Palm Restaurant on site for dinner. Velvet Bar features a full bar and appetizers. Free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and an iPod docking station are available in each room. All rooms are decorated with rock music-themed decor. Ideal location and fantastic perks to make a fantastic vacation at the parks. With just two days right at the beginning of our vacation we didn't even have time to try everything out (all the facilities like swimming pool and perks like water taxi).
Negatives:
If I had to be picky: the outside of the windows in the room could have been cleaner and the two sink situation (one inside and one outside of the bathroom) significantly reduced the capability to close the door to the bathroom comfortably.

First thing was the bad Check-in, that took me very long, and then after all the waiting we arrived at the room’s door and the key didn’t work. They called the supervisor to try to fix it, and couldn’t, because must have recharged the batteries of the door lock. Only After 90 minutes of our arrival we could get to the room.
And second the noise of the room 6005, it was really bad, fact the ruined my vacation cause I couldn’t simply sleep properly for not a single night of may stay in universal/hard rock. They send someone from the engineering staff, and the problem was not solved and they didn’t even let an answer. I went to front desk to try to change room or find any possible answer and nobody knew about anything, nor tried to change my room. They just answered that they would check it again, but never did.
To summarize, my lack of hours of sleep, ruined my stay. And the lack of care about their gests.
