For the time there it...
Positives:
The room was very large and has everything you need to cook or make coffee or tea. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was good but didn't have much variety.
Negatives:
The air conditioning in the room was very cold and there were no instructions on how to operate it. After manipulating it a little we managed to understand how it worked.
The staff was not very helpful in giving instructions on how to use public transportation or how to get to the parks.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and accommodating. The entire facility, room included, was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping cleans the rooms daily. SeaWorld is within walking distance and Disney and universal were a few minutes drive up the street. My family’s stay was nothing short of amazing.
