The facility was very clean and the staff was very nice. I enjoyed the convenience store built into the lobby area and how close the hotel was to all the major attractions.
Negatives:
Construction was being done close to our room 1430 which cannot be helped all that much since the hotel has to be improved but the noise level was very high from that.

Proximity to Orange County Convention Centre, many restaurants in walking distance, no car needed. Minimarket, fridge in the room.
Negatives:
I keep repeating over and over: front desk staff is extremely slow and this time one of them not of good faith. They don't care how long the que is. Instead of augmenting the number of check-in operators at peak hours, they stay in back office leaving only a couple of them checking in the dozens of people waiting in long lines. This time something new happened to me, never experienced before: the check-in operator gave me incorrect directions so I had to unnecessarily circle building A dragging my two suitcases looking for an elevator. The elevator indicated by the check-in operator was blocked with wood panels as that side of the building was under construction. Despite my clear request for a quiet room not exposed to traffic noise, same operator gave me a room in a corner of building A exposed to both I-4 highway and International Drive intensive noise. I returned dragging my suitcases to reception and got a quiet room from a good faith operator.
