Everything was good. I stay at extended stays often. Staff was very nice raven was very good.. check out was easy..1 bad thing my son and I had bites grouped together it got worse by the time we got home...bed bugs. I called to inform...don't think they took me seriously. I have 3 locations of grouped bites that itch like he'll and my son has them.too...it was only 1 bed...I just hope we didn't bring them home. Yes I followed protocols when bed bugs are an issue when I got home.

Clean and tidy rooms. Comfortable beds!
Friendly staff. Good size refrigerator and nice little kitchen area.
Negatives:
The water pressure was very poor. Taking a shower took forever and since there was no handle that you could take and rinse the shower with a lot of lint, hairs etc just laid in there looking nasty.
Also their key card system was down when we arrived which meant we had to find someone in the reception every time we wanted to go to our room. In the end we got one card to use.

I’m disabled and trying to get around for more than 5 days the room key doesn’t work- some internet problems.Also I arrived from international travel tired at midnight and clerk said She could not get me in room without computer access.Than I slept in car .Horrible experience.Manager next day was able to find replacement room-and I have to pay for the night I was sleeping in the car.Booking tru Booking.com is very bad choice.This was my last travel in my life- that’s how my health condition is.

Staff member took forever to check us in, and didn't seem to understand the options available for online or in-person check in. Key machine was broken, so we (and other guests) could only access room with assistance of desk clerk. That meant long waits for other guests as we were checked in
