The receptionist tried to be helpful.

Everything. The room I was in, Room 179, was roach-infested. There were dead roaches on the floor, I killed two roaches in the bathroom one roach in the sink. The furniture was broken, the air conditioning did not work well, and the room temperature was clammy. The staff offered room 161 and this was worse, the television did not work, the remote was broken and the furniture. Booking needs to remove it from it list of offerings.

Me and my wife couldn't sleep all night! Roaches all over the place, dirty and smelly room,was a night mare! I complained to the front desk and I am going to complain to health department about this ! I want my full money back ASAP !

The room had dead roaches in the floor. Mold throughout the room. Cigarette ashes in the tub, used tissues on top of the toilet, toilet not working, the walls were broken. It was very unsafe and not healthy to stay in

I asked for a transfer to Another location, they charge me again and didn’t Defer the other charge will not be booking with this hotel ever again. I recommend you go somewhere else.

Room was spotless with worked great Amazing water pressure as well. From front to back I had an excellent experience here. I’d definitely recommend this spot to someone. It’s normally my go to get away from home spot.
