Bugs there were little white spider looking bugs all other night stand between the beds. Mentioned it to the staff and was told nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms available. So unfortunately we didn’t have any other option and had to purchase big spraying to try and keep ourselves and personal item protected from infestation.

they didnt honor my reservation, 2 queen bed room and they put me on a king with a sofa bed terrible and then the were setting people up next door ay home2 with 2 queen bed and i was never offer that option and they over charge for something i didnt want, this, need to be corrected asap. the hotel trssh can way over flow same an the trash in the lobby.
dirty floors, on your way to your room you can feel the heat on the hall a/c not working. very dissapointing MY SON RESERVATION IN THE SAME HOTEL WAS NOT HONOR. they put him up next door in a 2 queen room !!!!!!!!!

Price one night $282 is just too much, they gave us a room on the floor with a loot of kids , too much noise.
Also breakfast was worse than 7 Eleven breakfast, they should done better for a $282 night rate.

The staff was friendly and the location is close to many shops and restaurants and I-75.
Negatives:
Housekeeping was a hit or a miss. It took my leaving a note after 3 days of no action to have a dirty used coffee cup from the in-room coffee machine to be removed and replaced.
